Rock Steady Media was founded by Zach Weddington in 2012. His early love of video games and computer graphics led to a career in film and television production that's been going strong for 20 years.

Over the years, Zach has worked to tell the stories of dozens of clients in the education, finance, technology, manufacturing, telecommunications, advertising, fashion, and retail industries.

His debut documentary film, Viva Amiga: The Story of a Beautiful Machine premiered worldwide on Hulu and hit number one on iTunes in the United States and Europe.

He is currently working on Arcade Dreams, a documentary about the history of arcades and arcade games.

Bill Winters is a two time Emmy Award winning Director of Photography with over 20 years experience in the film and television business.

He is known for creating the look of Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee for Jerry Seinfeld, his camerawork for Hamilton on Disney+ which won him a Prime Time Creative Arts Emmy Award, several Netflix documentaries including the #1 Netflix show Jeffrey Epstein: Filthy Rich, and a multitude of projects for clients such as Apple, Microsoft, Samsung, Vanity Fair, Twitter, IBM, National Geographic, Discovery, and many more.

Bill’s was recently featured in International Cinematographer’s Guild ICG Magazine for his work on the Netflix show “Roaring Twenties” aka “Twentysomethings” for its unique style and use of cutting edge camera and lighting equipment.

Bill is currently in production on a new film directed by RJ Cutler and produced by Amblin Entertainment, as well 2 feature documentaries for AppleTV+ and Netflix.
